The access to titles at www.bpagency.com has been designed in two ways :

Search Facility
Subject Listings

When the titles are displayed as the result of query the indexing is done in such a way soas to get the most recent additions always on the top. This helps when the user wishes to see only the most recent titles. Clicking on the BPA number displayed at the quick list can provide details of the title.

The date of entry is different from the year of publication. This is to support our rare books selection. The date of entry implies the date when the title was added in the database and not the date when it was published/released.

For frequent visitors:- You can change the period of entry in database to view the list of titles, which were added after your last visit.
For example you visited this site in August'1998 and again on your visit in November'1998 you will make to see only those titles which were added subsequent to your visit. So you can change the setting to Show the titles added after month.

Author, Title, ISBN can search a book. In the case of ISBN you may use the last known digits to have the desired publication.
The search supports the use of WILDCARDS. For example, search for 'Buddh*' will result in matches for Buddh, Buddha, Buddha's, Buddhism, Buddhism's, Buddhist.

Words like a,an,the,in etc can be avoided. The search engine will ignore these words.

Subjects are divided into Heads and Subheads.
Example, if you wish to see titles there are following subheads

RELIGION

If you choose Religion it will display titles covering all its subheads. However if Hinduism or Buddhism etc. is selected then it will display the titles only on that subject.
